Olga BeanOwner: Olga Bean
Olga is an enthusiastic and dedicated music educator, who accepts students of all ages and levels. She teaches at her home Bean Music Studio and at The Newton Music Academy. She has taught at the Brookline Music School, Sharon Music Academy, and Royal Music Academy. Her students won prestigious competitions and auditions and have been promoted to the top level Youth Orchestra of the region. Olga received her Graduate Performance Diploma from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee, and Masters of Music Diploma cum laude from the S. Prokofiev Conservatory in Donetsk, Ukraine. Her teacher A. Spivak was a student of legendary Russian violinist Leonid Kogan. Olga also studied with Boris Komarnitsky, Eugene Lebedev, and Boston based virtuoso violinist Irina Muresanu. Throughout her career Olga has been freelancing with many orchestras, including Cape Cod Symphony, Plymouth Philharmonic, Rhode Island Philharmonic, and New York Symphony Orchestra , performing from Carnegie Hall, and Tchaikovsky's Great Hall in Moscow (Russia) to performing with the Trans Siberian orchestra. Her recent performances were with Yo-Yo Ma, Joshua Bell, Phillip Quint, Michael Buble, John Pizzarelli and many others. Olga is an active member of Boston Musician Association. Olga is a founder of SweetBeats String Trio and is a featured violinist in Duo OS2 with Sivan Etedgee. |
Vladyslav UstiuhovVladyslav Ustiuhov
Vladyslav is a Ukrainian pianist living Miami, FL. A winner of the Alfred Lee Scholarship Competition (2016), Vladyslav has been selected to play in the Boston Conservatory Annual Millennium Concert. In May of 2021 Vladyslav Ustiuhov participated in a Back Bay public space project Rising–Beyond the Walls, in partnership with Emerald Necklace Conservancy, and MF Dynamics by Maria Finkelmeier. In May of 2022 Vladyslav gave a lecture on “Free Improvisation” in the III International Scientific Conference in Ukraine (online). Recently graduated from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee with Honored Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in piano performance, Vladyslav was admitted to the Frost School of Music at the University of Miami to pursue a DMA degree in a keyboard performance. Vladyslav teaches at the Bean Music Studio (online) and at the Piano With Vlad Studio in Miami, FL. Depending on student’s age, level, and enthusiasm he creates an individual plan which helps to establish a good sight reading skills, solid rhythm comprehension, and improved piano technique.
