Our Policy

​Payments:
Monthly payments are due on the First Day of each month.
Payments can be made online via PayPal, Venmo, by mail, or in person.
The Student has an option to cancel National Holidays or request a makeup lesson.
Absences and Cancellations:
We expect weekly attendance. We recommend a half an hour classes lengths for young students ( ages 5 and up) or beginner level students, and forty five minutes classes for intermediate through advanced level students. One non-holiday cancellation is allowed per semester (quarter) and must be requested in writing at least 12 hours in advance. Verbal Notice is not accepted. Makeup classes are contingent on teachers availability and cannot be guaranteed. Any lessons cancelled by teacher will be made up at the earliest mutually convenient time.
Snow Storms:
There is one annual make up daytime lesson cancelled due to the inclined weather or emergency.
Photo/Video:
We may videotape or take photos of our students performances for the promotional purposes. If you, or your child, do not wish to be on the photos or videos,
